AFTW Travel does not currently charge a planning fee for standard vacation planning services. In most cases, compensation is paid by the cruise line, resort, or travel supplier after your trip is booked.
AFTW Travel can assist with cruises, hosted group cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Disney vacations, honeymoons, family trips, domestic travel, international vacations, guided tours, hotels, airfare, transfers, activities, and travel protection.
Hosted group cruises allow you to travel with Mike, Gemina, and other travelers while still enjoying the freedom to create your own vacation experience. Group activities and gatherings may be offered, but you are not required to participate in everything.
Yes. Mike and Gemina have completed more than 55 cruises and spent over 350 days at sea. They can help you compare cruise lines, ships, destinations, staterooms, and fare options based on your budget and travel style.
Complete the cruise inquiry form with your contact information, preferred sailing, number of travelers, and stateroom interests. AFTW Travel will then follow up with current pricing, availability, deposit requirements, and next steps.
No. Submitting a form is only a request for information or availability. Your reservation is not confirmed until AFTW Travel has reviewed the details, confirmed availability, and the required deposit has been processed.
In many cases, yes. Payment options depend on the cruise line, resort, or supplier. AFTW Travel can explain the deposit amount, final payment deadline, and available payment schedule for your specific trip.
No. Pricing and availability may change until the required deposit has been received and confirmed. Cruise lines and travel suppliers can adjust rates without notice.
Yes. AFTW Travel may assist with flights, pre-cruise hotels, resorts, and other travel arrangements. For cruises, arriving at least one day before departure is strongly recommended.
Passport requirements depend on the destination, cruise itinerary, and supplier. Some closed-loop cruises may allow other forms of identification, but passports are strongly recommended. Your reservation name must match your travel documents.
Yes. Travel protection may help with certain cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other covered situations. Coverage varies by policy, and travelers should review all terms and disclose any pre-existing medical conditions when requesting coverage.
Yes. AFTW Travel can explain the differences between interior rooms, ocean-view cabins, balcony staterooms, suites, and premium experiences such as Rockstar Quarters or MSC Yacht Club.
Yes. Depending on the trip, AFTW Travel may provide information about private excursions, group activities, specialty dining, and onboard gatherings. Availability and participation requirements will vary by sailing.
After your reservation is confirmed, AFTW Travel will help keep you informed about payment dates, travel documents, cruise-line apps, check-in requirements, group updates, and other important details leading up to your trip.
